What’s on offer
The local catch we offer includes king prawns (cooked and green headless), balmain bugs, sand crabs, mud crabs, shell oysters, bottled oysters, sea mullet, summer whiting, tailor, school and Spanish mackerel, bream, snapper and flathead. All of which is subject to availability and season.
We specialise in local seafood, however we do source market products such as fish, squid, mussels and scallops to supplement our local supply.

Every Anise piece has a history — from the relationship with the artisan, to the life of the wearer. We design each of our collections with the intention of creating pieces that can be passed down through generations, with minimal waste and minimal carbon footprint. Our jewelry is all made by local artisans based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with expertise in traditional methods of crafting jewelry by hand.
